Job Description

As a Delta Live Chat Agent, you will interact with customers via our online chat platform, assisting them with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and other travel-related questions. You will ensure that customers receive timely and accurate information, helping to enhance their travel experience with Delta Airlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to Delta’s customer service standards.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about Delta’s policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Handle escalated issues with tact and professionalism.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the travel industry.
• Excellent written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications
