*Job Summary*:
Amazon, the world’s renowned online retailer, is looking for part-time delivery drivers in Des Moines. This position offers a competitive salary on an hourly basis, with working hours under 4 hours per day. *Job Description*:
As a Delivery Driver, you will be part of Amazon’s fast-paced, dynamic and exciting delivery operations. You will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be handling the full process of delivery, from loading packages onto the van to ensuring they reach the customer’s doorstep. Strong communication skills are important as you may interact with customers if they have queries or issues.
*Requirements*:
– A valid driving license with a clean driving record.
– Capable of handling physical workload as it involves loading and unloading packages.
– Must be at least 21 years old.
– Able to pass a drug test and background check.
– Good geographical knowledge of Des Moines.
*Responsibilities*:
– Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
– Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
– Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
