Job Description

Amazon is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

– Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

– Prior customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution

– Provide information about products and services

– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

– Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer problems

– Maintain customer records by updating account information

Educational Qualifications

– High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience
