Job Summary:
AT&T is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Fontana, CA. This role offers a competitive hourly wage, health and dental benefits, paid training, and paid vacations. The ideal candidate will be available to work under 4 hours per day and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role will operate out of our state-of-the-art call center in Fontana, CA.
Responsibilities:
– Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
– Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
– Follow-up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
– Keep records of all conversations in our call center database.
– Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a call center representative or similar role.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Proficient in relevant computer applications.
– Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
– Excellent data entry and typing skills.
– Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
– Exceptional customer service skills.
Educational Qualification:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer support role, call center experience preferred.
