Job Description:
FedEx, a renowned logistics service provider in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Flatbed CDL Truck Driver to join our team. The suitable candidate will be responsible for transporting goods using a flatbed truck, ensuring timely and safe delivery of packages to our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Safely operate a flatbed truck to deliver goods to specified locations.
2. Loading and unloading cargo while maintaining high safety standards.
3. Regularly inspecting the truck and handling basic maintenance tasks.
4. Reporting any issues with the vehicle to supervisor.
5. Adhering to all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
6. Ensuring proper documentation for shipments is maintained.
Requirements:
1. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a flatbed truck driver.
3. Ability to handle physical workload, including loading and unloading goods.
4. Detail-oriented and able to complete paperwork with accuracy.
5. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
6. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Education Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required. Additional certifications related to the transportation industry are a plus.
