CDL Class A Tanker Driver

Job Summary:

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed

We are seeking a qualified CDL Class A Tanker Driver to join our team at Speedway LLC, one of the most recognized names in the fuel and logistics industry across the US.

Job Description:

As a CDL Class A Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a commercial vehicle while delivering fuel to Speedway retail locations. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of customer service and overall operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck.

2. Load and unload cargo.

3. Properly track and document activity log.

4. Report any issues or incidents to dispatch.

5. Inspect truck before and after the trip.

6. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as well as with company policies.

Requirements:

1. Valid CDL Class A driver’s license (required).

2. Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.

3. Must have a clean driving record.

4. Must pass a drug test and background check.

5. Must be 21 years of age or older.

6. Ability to handle physical workload.

7. Strong work ethic.

Educational Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Completion of a formal CDL training program.

Experience:

1. A minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience is required.
