### Description

As a Flight Attendant with United Airlines, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a multifaceted environment, caring for and serving our passengers while adhering to safety standards. This role requires adaptability, a knack for excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a variety of in-flight duties.

### Responsibilities

– Greet passengers, assist with seating assignments, and provide in-flight information.

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by performing safety checks and complying with FAA regulations and United Airlines policies.

– Serve beverages and meals while providing a personalized customer experience.

– Manage in-flight sales of food, duty-free, and other products.

– Attend pre-flight briefings and study all necessary flight details, including weather, service plans, and any special passenger requirements.

– Handle emergencies and provide first aid if needed.

– Lead passengers in the event of an aircraft evacuation and provide clear, calm instructions.

### Requirements

– Minimum age of 18 years.

– High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.

– Must possess the legal right to work in the United States.

– Ability to reach overhead bins and stand for 4 hours.

– Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Pass a medical examination and background check.

– Compliance with a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

### Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent required.

– Further certifications in customer service, safety, or related fields highly preferred.

### Experience

– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

– Training will be provided for all new hires.
