Job Description

Responsibilities

– Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers throughout the flight

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures

– Provide information and support to passengers, including on flight details, special assistance, and basic medical help

– Serve meals and refreshments and sell onboard duty-free goods

– Attend to passenger needs and inquiries courteously and promptly

– Manage in-flight sales and cash handling

– Prepare accurate flight reports post-flight

Requirements

– Minimum age of 18 years

– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous

– Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain professionalism under pressure

– Physically fit to meet the demands of the job including reaching overhead bins and standing for long periods

– Willing to relocate as needed and flexible in working hours, including weekends and holidays

– Legally eligible to work in the United States

– Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Educational Qualifications
