Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
