Job Summary

TalentEdge Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s staffing needs. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a growing company from anywhere in the USA.

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will collaborate with our internal teams and department managers to proactively identify hiring needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidates’ information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field
