Job Description:
As a Grocery Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their online orders in a timely manner. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, loading your vehicle, delivering the groceries to our customers, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a person who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and dedicated to providing outstanding service at all times.
Responsibilities:
– Accurately pick and pack customer online orders
– Load and unload your vehicle efficiently
– Deliver groceries to customers in a safe and timely manner
– Provide excellent customer service during delivery
– Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– Ability to lift heavy items
– Good time management skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and make decisions on the spot
– Previous delivery driver experience is a plus, but not required
