Job Description:
As a Full-Service Driver, your role will involve picking up food orders from various restaurants and delivering them to customers within a specified area. You will act as a representative of Uber Eats, interacting with both restaurant staff and customers in a professional and customer-focused manner. Your role is integral to our mission of providing seamless and reliable food delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities:
– Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely manner
– Use the Uber Driver app to receive order information and navigate to pickup and drop-off locations
– Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
– Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
– Communicate any issues or delays to customers and the Uber support team
– Keep your vehicle clean and well-maintained
Requirements:
– Valid US Driver’s License
– Reliable vehicle (car, bike, or scooter)
– Smartphone capable of running the Uber Driver app
– Good knowledge of the local area
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
