Job Summary:

Job Description:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.

2. Maintain customer records by updating account information.

3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints.

4. Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to ensure a positive customer experience.

5. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Proficient in basic computer applications.

3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous call center or customer service experience will be advantageous but is not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure that you are equipped to succeed in your role.
