Job Description
As an Instacart Grocery Shopper and Driver, you will be responsible for shopping and delivering groceries to our customers in a timely and professional manner. You will pick the freshest produce, organize orders, and deliver them directly to the customers’ doorstep.
Responsibilities
1. Accept and shop for customers orders in local stores
2. Ensure the quality and freshness of groceries
3. Pack and deliver the groceries in a timely manner
4. Provide excellent customer service by handling groceries with care
5. Maintain professional interaction with customers and store employees
6. Navigate the app to manage and fulfill orders effectively
Requirements
1. Valid U.S. drivers license and good driving record
2. Must be at least 18 years old
3. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 40 lbs)
4. Reliable vehicle, and car insurance
5. Smartphone with a working internet connection
6. Knowledge of local grocery stores and products
7. Excellent customer service skills
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
2. Previous experience in the grocery industry or delivery services is a plus

Experience
Experience in retail, other delivery services or customer service roles is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for successful candidates.
