South Airlines is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Rep, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to our valued customers. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, cancellations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
