Job Description:

As a Call Center Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. The best candidates are genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Problem-solving comes naturally to you and you are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if you don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

2. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.

3. Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.

4. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller.

5. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.

2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

4. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

5. High school degree.
