Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You’ll be responsible for preserving accurate records of valuable company information. This role requires proficiency in data management, and you need to be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
– Accurate Input and validation of data in our company database
– Conduct regular data audits to assure the accuracy of the database
– Maintain detailed and accurate records of tasks performed
– Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
– Provide support for administrative tasks
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar position
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
– Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
