Summary:

At Eventbrite, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-minded Part-Time Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The candidate will work for about 3-4 hours daily, earning between $18 and $24 per hour.

Job Description:

The Part-Time Event Coordinator will aid our full-time staff in planning, organizing, and executing various events. This include, but is not limited to, networking events, corporate meetings, trade shows, and social events. The successful candidate will work closely with the clients and vendors to ensure the events run smoothly and meet the clients’ expectations.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and customer service skills

2. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

3. Problem-solving and decision-making skills

4. Attention to detail and accuracy

5. Familiarity with event planning software is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in planning and organizing events

2. Coordinating with vendors and clients

3. Ensuring the events run smoothly and meet the clients’ expectations

4. Managing event registration processes

5. Handling any event-related issues that may arise

Education and Experience:

1. Associate’s degree in event planning or related field

2. 1+ years of experience in event planning or coordination.
