Job Description

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazons products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer issues.
- Meet performance metrics and quality standards set by the company.
