Job Description

HealthConnect Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Telehealth team. As an RN Telehealth, you will provide top-notch medical care and support to patients remotely, ensuring they receive the best possible healthcare services from the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations and follow-up appointments with patients.
• Assess patient needs, symptoms, and medical history through virtual visits.
• Provide patient education, support, and counseling as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Stay current with telehealth best practices and industry standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• BSN degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Previous telehealth or remote healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Educational Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Continuing education in telehealth practices is a plus.
