In this role, you will be the friendly voice assisting customers with inquiries related to hunting and fishing licenses and permits, camping reservations, and park passes. All candidates are required to be available to work no less than 20 hours per week. Responsibilities: • Handle 98% inbound calls – no sales quotas! • Assist with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes. • Answer inquiries on rules and regulations, navigating wildlife agency websites. • Provide application/website support and basic troubleshooting. • Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment. • Hero support for Point-of-Sale agents' hardware and application issues. • Embrace exciting duties assigned by a supervisor. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED. • Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills. • Availability for a variety of shifts from home. • Solid computer and internet skills. • Internet speed of 10 Mbps or higher demonstrated during the interview. • Create a private and quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.
