Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or online chat, offering assistance with Disney services, products, and experiences.Resolve issues related to bookings, transactions, and online services in a timely and professional manner. Order Processing:Handle online orders, including processing payments, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.Ensure that all orders are accurately entered and processed through Disney’s systems. Data Entry:Input and update customer information into Disney’s online systems, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Organize and manage customer records, ensuring they are kept up-to-date. Problem-Solving:Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Escalate more complex issues to specialized teams when necessary. Product Knowledge:Stay informed about Disney’s products, services, and special promotions to assist customers effectively.Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Collaboration:Work closely with other remote team members to provide cohesive support across various departments.Communicate regularly with supervisors to provide feedback on customer interactions and identify areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with online systems, customer management software, and handling digital transactions. Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately input and manage customer data with attention to detail. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for customer concerns. Time Management: Ability to manage tasks independently and work efficiently in a remote environment. Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs.
