Client Support Specialist

to join our remote team. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment and possess strong analytical and planning skills. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services. We are looking for a candidate who is driven and hardworking, ready to make an impact. ### Key Responsibilities: -

Client Engagement:

- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support. -

Issue Resolution:

- Analyze client issues promptly and accurately, employing problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely follow-up with clients. -

Product Knowledge:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Avery Dennison’s products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. - Facilitate product demonstrations or training sessions as needed for clients to enhance their understanding of our offerings. -

Documentation and Reporting:

- Accurately document client interactions and issue resolutions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. - Generate regular reports on client feedback and service issues to identify trends and areas for improvement. -

Proactive Support:

- Analyze client feedback and identify opportunities for product or service improvements. - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. -

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide insights that enhance client outreach and services. - Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming and planning efforts to improve overall client support strategies. ### Requirements: -

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field. -

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to quickly learn new software systems and tools. -

Personality Traits:

- Driven: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets. - Hardworking: Committed to delivering high-quality work and going above and beyond to meet client needs. -

Soft Skills:
