This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21, and regular working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. This role is based in our Denver office with options for remote work flexibility after the initial training period. ### Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. – Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies. – Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies. – Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information. – Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed. – Identify and escalate priority issues, directing cases to appropriate resources. – Document all customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. – Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes and to navigate software applications. – Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. – Close out or open call records & compile reports on overall customer satisfaction. ### Requirements: – High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. – Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. – Comfortable using computers. – Experience working with customer support is a plus. ### Skills: – Excellent communication and presentation skills. – Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. – Capable of handling customer rejection and remaining professional; resilience is key. – Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills. ### Benefits: – Competitive hourly rate of $21. – Health, dental, and vision insurance. – 401(k) with company match. – Generous paid time off (PTO) policy. – Opportunities for remote work. – Continuous training and development programs. ### Company Description: At Apex Customer Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and support.
