Key Responsibilities • Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and text to understand their travel preferences, expectations, and budget. • Personalized Planning: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, amenities, dining options, and activities to create custom travel itineraries tailored to each client’s needs. • Booking Arrangements: Coordinate and secure bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions, ensuring every detail is in place. • Customer Service: Provide friendly, thorough, and timely customer service, addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and special requests. • Travel Knowledge: Stay informed about travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and industry trends to ensure clients have a safe and enjoyable travel experience. • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States. • Have a social security number or EIN. • Own a computer with reliable internet access. • A passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their perfect trips. • Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities for managing reservations and itineraries. • Proficiency in computer use, social media, and email; ability to attend Zoom meetings. • Self-motivated, with good time management skills and the ability to follow instructions while adhering to company policies.
