The job description is as follows: Job Title: Google CCAI SME/Architect Location: Remote / Home Based Duration: Long Term Description: • Design and development conversational flows. • Experience to delivering successful implementation on CCAI • Hands on Technical Lead and Architect AI-driven contact center solutions on Google platform, leveraging services such as DialogFlow, Speech-to-Text, and Cloud AI Platform. • Deep understanding of AI and ML technologies such as NLP, speech recognition. • Integrate AI models and technologies into contact... center workflows, ensuring smooth functionality and performance. • Optimize system performance and scalability through hands-on approach. (both at application and cloud infra) • Implement robust security measures to safeguard customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. • Experience in contact center technologies or customer service applications is a plus. • Drive continuous improvement through hands-on experimentation and research into emerging AI technologies and best practices.
