This role requires a dynamic and innovative thinker capable of developing audience-first content, managing agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital brand strategy. *Key Responsibilities:** -
Editorial Strategy Leadership:
Lead the editorial strategy for brand and franchise campaigns, developing and implementing audience-first content goals and creative concepts. -
Creative Development:
Build and manage a monthly editorial calendar, collaborate with internal and external teams through the content development lifecycle, and ensure the delivery of approved assets across all channels. -
Digital Trends and Platform Updates:
Stay updated on digital trends and platform updates to inform strategy and execution. -
Social Media and Event Coverage:
Assist with live content coverage and execution for press junkets, content shoots, and marketing events as needed. -
Agency and Partner Management:
Manage agency partners in content development, ensure alignment with brand standards, and handle partner support requests. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional partners to develop creative content in alignment with the digital brand strategy. -
Team Development:
Participate in refining systems and operations for the Social Team, foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration, manage direct reports, and participate in professional development workshops. -
Resource Management:
