Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused At-Home Advisor to provide support and solutions for our customers across the globe. As an At-Home Advisor, you’ll be the friendly voice of Apple, providing premier customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. We’ll train you to troubleshoot, provide customer service, and resolve customer issues. You’ll get to work from the comfort of your own home, helping customers have the best experience possible.
