Job Type Full-time, Remote Working Hours Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (with potential for additional hours during peak times) Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Provide product information and support to customers. Assist in training new team members as needed. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
