Key Responsibilities • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. • Reservation Management: Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services for clients. • Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all arrangements are made accurately and efficiently. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or changes promptly. • Vendor Coordination: Work with travel suppliers to secure reservations and negotiate rates. • Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents and information for their trips. • Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients post-trip to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Qualifications • Experience: Previous experience in travel booking, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Knowledge: Familiarity with various travel destinations and booking systems. • Independence: Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Technology: Proficiency in travel booking software. • Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and internet access • Excellent communication skills • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities • Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create memorable experiences • Must be able to read/write English fluently.
