Key Responsibilities • Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing client relationships to ensure their needs are met and identify future opportunities. • Communication: Respond to emails and phone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner. • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements as needed. • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage calendar conflicts efficiently. • Lead Generation: Make cold calls to generate leads from provided spreadsheets. • Content Creation: Create engaging content for social media channels. • Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentations based on given instructions. • Workflow Optimization: Facilitate smooth information flow between departments and optimize managers' time. • Documentation: Assist with documenting client projects and support management in accounting and finance processes. • Administrative Efficiency: Analyze and enhance administrative processes for improved efficiency. • Meeting Support: Create agendas, record meeting minutes, and handle ad-hoc requests as needed. Requirements • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Education: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Virtual Assistant certification preferred. • Experience: Over 2 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant role. • Technology: Familiarity with workplace technologies such as VoIP, Office 365, online calendars, and desktop sharing, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet and word-processing programs. • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities. • Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Internet: Must have a reliable Internet connection.
