Virtual Wilson Reading System Tutor, Evening Hours

The LD Expert is seeking a certified Wilson Reading System teacher for virtual part-time contract work in the evenings. Teachers will be responsible for providing individual Wilson Reading Lessons to students in the virtual setting. The LD Expert is an intimate and fast growing virtual educational service company that provides Dyslexia intervention, subject specific tutoring, and special education advocacy services to schools and families Nationwide. Tutor Responsibilities: • Providing one-on-one Wilson Reading System tutoring in the virtual setting • Communicating with supervisor and families about student progress • Maintaining and submitting record of work hours and attendance tracking Tutor Requirements: • Level 1 or Level 2 Wilson Reading System certification • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field • Adequate technology to support lessons (bandwidth, headset, computer, etc…) • Ability to conduct job responsibilities under fairly autonomous circumstances • Adequate... technical knowledge (proficient with Google Slides and Zoom) • Team focused attitude Other Information: • Flexible hours, may include daytime school hours in various time zones, but mostly after school hours and/or weekend hours • Hours will be set and not change week to week • Work from home convenience • Lesson prep support • Training provided To apply: Submit resume, cover letter, and proof of WRS Certification to: info @ ldexpert. org Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • Are you a certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner or Wilson Dyslexia Therapist?
