Qualifications and Education: • It is required to have a minimum of one year of finance or budgeting experience, or the equivalent gained through work history, military service, training, or education. • Individuals who have served in the military are preferred. • Well-versed in coaching, training, and developing teams to become high achievers and reach their organizational goals. • A talent for effective communication in both spoken and written formats as well as with individuals. • The capacity to effectively manage time, proficiently navigate through different computer systems, and comply with regulations is indispensable. • A preference is given to candidates with experience in military benefits management, personnel recruiting, or related fields.
