This position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service solutions while upholding integrity and professionalism in every interaction. Key responsibilities will involve managing both inbound and outbound calls, performing data entry, upselling products, scheduling appointments, and staying updated on campaign offerings. ### Key Responsibilities • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. • Accurately capture and input customer data. • Employ effective sales techniques to upsell products and services. • Schedule appointments as per business requirements. • Remain well-informed about campaign products, services, and promotions. ### Qualifications • At least one year of call center experience, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripting. • Clear and friendly communication skills, with strong interpersonal and active listening abilities. • Excellent attendance and punctuality record. • Previous sales experience is a plus. • High School diploma or GED is required. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with PC/Laptop systems. • Experience in an outbound call environment is advantageous. ### Work-From-Home Requirements • PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher. • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection. • USB-connected headset for optimal communication clarity. • Webcam for virtual meetings. • A dedicated workspace free of distractions. ### Benefits Comprehensive benefits are available for full-time employees after 60 days of employment.
