About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Underwriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete underwriting process, with a particular focus on Senior Living insurance. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional service to our clients and partners... Key Responsibilities: - Handle the full underwriting process, including processing submissions, underwriting accounts, issuing quotes, binding policies, managing endorsements, and overseeing state and federal filings. - Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to support profitable growth. - Perform daily underwriting tasks with accuracy and a keen eye for detail. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support. Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Senior Living underwriting. - Proven success in underwriting within the Senior Living sector. - Deep understanding of state and federal regulations related to senior living insurance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. - Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and professional development.
