Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a chatbot for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger that integrates seamlessly with our Airbnb rental company. Train the chatbot to handle customer inquiries effectively, covering everything from booking queries to property details. Ensure the chatbot can handle varied conversations with the same depth and responsiveness as ChatGPT. Provide documentation and training so our team can continue refining and updating the chatbots knowledge base. Requirements: Proven experience in chatbot development, especially with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger integrations.
