As a Virtual Educator, you'll have the freedom to create your own schedule, with a particular need for availability during daytime hours (8 AM - 4 PM EST) and... after-school hours. Key Responsibilities
Deliver virtual academic instruction in your certified subject area. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum. Engage and motivate students through creative teaching strategies. Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records of grades and performance.
Qualifications
Valid New York State public teaching certification in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or World Languages for Middle and/or High School. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet. Willingness to participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check. Prior online teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
