Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Record Management: Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our user-friendly CRM system. Schedule Appointments: Help our sales and service teams stay on track by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring clear communication of meeting details. Booking & Coordination: Assist clients in planning their perfect trip by booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities tailored to their needs. Customer Service: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. You'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every client feels valued. Travel Advisory: Share your expertise by offering advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance, helping clients make informed decisions. Problem Solving: Handle any bumps in the road with grace, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions to keep clients' travels on track.
What We're Looking For
Experience: You've got proven experience in customer service or the travel industry, and you're ready to bring your skills to a new level. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and if you have additional certification in travel and tourism, that's a bonus!
