Remote location(s): United States.Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 2 years of experience in virtualization or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role. • Experience in performing technical presentations or public speaking. Preferred qualifications: • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable and secure distributed systems. • Experience with containers and associated technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, Serverless, and Microservices. • Experience in understanding a complex customer’s existing software workload and the ability to define a technical migration roadmap to the cloud reflecting specific customer needs. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities • Be a trusted advisor to key customers, helping them understand and utilize Google Cloud Infrastructure as part of their overall cloud strategy by recommending migration paths, integration strategies, and architectural patterns. • Demonstrate how Google Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the power of Google Cloud Infrastructure by working with customers on POCs, demonstrating features, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking. • Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams. • Influence Google Cloud Infrastructure product direction as a trusted representative for both customers and product teams. • Travel to customer sites and events as needed.
