The Opportunity: As a Live Chat Representative, you will be the face of our company - the direct line of communication between Bolinder Resources and our clients. This remote, entry-level position provides the opportunity to learn about our innovative products and services, helping customers efficiently and promptly through live chat. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries in a chat platform, ensuring accurate, timely, and satisfactory responses.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products/services to improve customer support.
- Resolve complaints and quickly escalate larger customer concerns to the appropriate team or department.
- Generate sales leads, showing customers additional products or services that may fulfill their needs.
- Track and follow up on all customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall customer experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Exceptional written communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and office software.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple chat conversations at once.
- Demonstrative problem-solving skills and attentive to details.
