We are seeking an enthusiastic, critical thinker who wants to be part of The Truss Companys high-energy Inside Sales team. Successful candidates will have an exceptional customer service background, professional attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you are meticulously thorough with fine details, able to balance multiple projects and are hyper-conscientiously organized, we would like to hear from you! WHO YOU ARE: You are highly organized; able to maintain accurate records and collaborate with colleagues and customers You are proactively aware of customer needs; able to anticipate needs and follow through on customer requests. You possess notable customer service skills; able to express empathy and understanding when communicating with customers.
