Job Summary: Job Title: Supply Chain Solutions Manager Location: Remote Company Overview: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Manager to join our team. As a Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of Supply Chain solutions that meet our clients' needs and align with our company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the end-to-end process of solution design and development, from initial concept through to implementation and ongoing support. Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and business objectives to create tailored solutions that address their challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to translate customer needs into... actionable plans and deliverables. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure timely and cost- efficient delivery of solutions. Provides an environment for strong personal and team development. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication. Continuously assess market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our solutions. Provide guidance and support to the Sales and Marketing teams in presenting solutions to prospective clients and stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities: Focuses on excellence in customer satisfaction. Continuously improves Team efficiency and lowers real costs. Insures that proper standards of service are provided to our customers. Works within and promotes corporate values. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience. Proven experience (5 years) in a Solutions Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or similar role, ideally within the Caterpillar or heavy machinery field. Strong understanding of solution architecture, project management methodologies, and software development lifecycle. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including senior executives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive results independently. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or related field. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise software solutions. Previous experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
