Key Responsibilities: • Accurately input and update data in our database software. • Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them following established procedures. • Maintain data integrity by adhering to data management protocols and techniques. • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations. • Scan documents and print files as necessary. • Respond to information requests and access relevant files. • Comply with data integrity and security policies. • Ensure the proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is advantageous. • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role. • Proficiency in MS Office applications and data entry software. • Familiarity with administrative duties. • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain focus and meet deadlines. • Good command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
