  • Guest Communication: Communicate with guests and hosts via the Airbnb messaging platform and phone to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

  • Calendar Management: Manage booking calendars, including scheduling and coordinating check-ins, check-outs, cleaning services, and repairs/maintenance.

  • Listing Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date listing information, including pricing, availability, and property details.

•

  • Financial Transactions: Handle payments, refunds, and cancellations according to Airbnb policies and guidelines.

  • Guest Satisfaction: Monitor and respond to reviews and ratings, taking proactive steps to improve guest satisfaction and property performance.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to guest experience, property management, and Airbnb platform usage.

  • Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date with Airbnb policies, regulations, and best practices, implementing changes as needed.

• Requirements: To thrive in this role, you will need: •

  • Bachelor degree in any field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

•

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

•

  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

•

  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
