Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry is preferred. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment. Problem-Solving: Capacity to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
