Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH

We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support our clients by handling inbound calls, documenting conversations, and providing accurate information using provided scripts and resources. Key Responsibilities... Respond to inbound calls from customers with a strong focus on empathy and customer satisfaction. Document details of each conversation accurately. Utilize online reference materials to provide up-to-date and efficient information about our programs. Operate technical systems including desktop applications and call center phone systems. Meet quality assurance standards and performance metrics set by the department. Educate customers and address inquiries while maintaining sensitivity to handling confidential information.

Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating online resources. Ability to obtain a public trust entry of duty security clearance for government clients. Reliable, private internet connection capable of being hardwired via ethernet cable.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual or multilingual proficiency. Previous experience in a customer service role. Prior clearance for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only). Licenses in insurance, healthcare, and/or finance sectors. Familiarity with FEMA Call Center operations.
