Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description: American Airlines Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to work from home in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6.
