Job Description: Tesla is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but at least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. The ideal candidate for this role should be energetic, confident with strong leadership and negotiation skills... Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Keeping up-to-date with Tesla products and services. 6. Upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Benefits: 1.
