Duties: • Collaborate with the Nurses to review Level II evaluations and create determination letters. • Develop guidance and training materials for Level II evaluators regarding specialized services. • Provide timely assistance to Level I and Level II evaluators, referring cases to appropriate staff and community services. • Document services provided using established tracking strategies. Qualifications: • Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university and licensed to practice in the State of Kansas. • Minimum of two years’ experience in nursing facilities, mental health centers, or developmental disability services. • Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills. • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially in Excel.
