Entry Level Virtual Chat Support (Remote / No Experience)
Join a dynamic team as a Virtual Chat Support Assistant and become the guiding light for customers navigating through our website or mobile app. In this role, youll harness your product knowledge to address customer queries, guide their shopping experience, and offer thoughtful recommendations. Your Role... Engage with customers through live chat, providing support, answering questions, and offering suggestions based on their needs. Work shifts totaling 7 hours per day, logging into our Shopify platform to interact directly with customers in real-time. Rate: $35 per hour, recognizing your valuable contribution to customer satisfaction. Requirements: Must have a computer or mobile device with internet access capable of utilizing chat functions. No previous experience necessary we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge needed. Independent work ethic, with a keen ability to follow detailed instructions.
